Step 2: Sweep
Using the broom and dustpan, sweep out all the material left
in the cage, and dump it into the garbage bag. You can perform the finishing
touches with a vacuum cleaner attachment, if necessary. I also like to vacuum
around the outside of the cage at this point to clean up any spilled material
or any materials that have been kicked outside the cage by the piggies.
Step 2B: It's very hard to sweep everything up as those curious
piggies track it all around the cage.
