We haven't had guinea pigs for as long as we have had hamsters,
but we are very glad we added them to our pet family. Since December 2000, we
have been keeping guinea pigs as pets. We started with two, Scruffles and Piggles,
later increasing our herd to three then four and finally FIVE. Click on their
